The nose is fruity, gourmet and offers richness, a nice buttery quality as well as purity of fruit. There are notes of fresh golden apple, crushed Mirabelle plum and, more slightly, quince, combined with a fine touch of fresh lemon, as well as discreet hints of lemon blossom, a subtle hint of fresh verbena and fine hints of butter in the background. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, gourmandize, precision, a nice acidic structure and purity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy, pulpy quince and yellow apple combined with delicate touches of lemon and a hint of fresh pineapple, tart, juicy yellow berries, as well as a subtle hint of fresh white flowers and discreet saline, iodine notes. A subtle hint of toastiness in the background on the finish/persistence. Good length.
