The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a very fine concentration and precision. There are notes of fresh quince, mesocarp and, to a lesser extent, juicy lemon, combined with hints of crisp white fruit, as well as fine notes of racy minerality and a very discreet floral touch. The palate is fruity with minerality, good definition, juiciness, acidity, chiselled quality and depth. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy, sour lemon, mesocarp and more lightly crisp, sour apple combined with touches of flat peach, white flowers as well as fine iodine and a subtle touch of zest. Good work on the bitter taste. Suavity and a certain gourmandize.
