The nose is relatively discrete. There are notes of ripe fruit, racy minerality and a discreet hint of zan/pepper. The palate is fruity and reveals freshness, minerality and a fine fluidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy red berries, fresh violets and a hint of racy minerality combined with fine touches of fresh blackberry, a subtle sapiness and a discreet almost liquorice-like edge in the background.
