Notton – Vieilles Vignes 2020 – Chablis

The nose is fruity, fresh, precise and offers a fine straightness and a certain pulpiness of fruit. There are notes of pulpy, ripe nectarine, fleshy apple and more slightly quenette combined with a fine touch of apricot and discreet hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, pulpiness, a fine unctuousness, gourmandize, a little airiness in the approach as well as a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of tart, pulpy green apple, nectarine and, more slightly, zest, combined with hints of apricot, fine notes of verbena and discreet, almost iodine and vanilla. Good length.
