The nose is racy and reveals good definition, fine grain and a spicy quality. There are notes of tart, crunchy golden apple, nectarine and more lightly crisp white berries combined with floral notes as well as fine hints of fresh apricot, fine hints of spice and a discreet touch of nutmeg. The palate is juicy, fruity, balanced and reveals minerality, freshness, good definition, accuracy, good work on the bitter taste, accuracy and a certain purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy, crisp apple, quince and more lightly tart yellow berries combined with fine hints of dried zest, spice, a hint of floral as well as fine hints of beeswax, toasted almond, toastiness (in the background) and a fine varietal character. Some delicate richness and fatness. Good length.
