The nose is fruity, harmonious, elegant and reveals delicacy and fine grain. There are hints of fresh plum, crisp apple and a slight minerality, combined with fine, almost acacia/fresh verbena notes and discreet citrus in the background. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, minerality and good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, bright green apple and more lightly tangerine combined with hints of fresh white flowers, fresh verbena as well as a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotop) and a very discreet almost iodine-like hint in the background. Discreet hint of positive bitterness and chestnut butter on the finish/persistence. Good length.
