The nose is fruity, fresh and offers some power and a nice fullness/pulpiness of fruit. There are notes of quince, sweet kumquat and more lightly crushed nectarine combined with fine hints of apricot blossom, racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of exotic fruit, crushed quenette and a subtle hint of sweet/toasted oak. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, a nice acidic backbone, energy, a chiselled side, finesse, precision, a nice fat, acidity and pungency. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe/juicy quince and more lightly juicy/fresh berries combined with hints of crunchy nectarine as well as hints of exotic fruits and quenette, fine hints of crushed apple, a fine hint of tangerine blossom and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). A masterful and airy approach. Sapidity. A very discreet tannic hint on the finish.
