The nose is racy and offers minerality, a certain elegance as well as some “roundness and fat”. There are notes of lychee, crushed nectarine and small notes of racy minerality combined with fine touches of fresh physalis, hints of fresh lemon zest and discreet hints of almost verbena, acacia, beeswax and almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and reveals minerality, juiciness, acidity, good definition, tension, delicacy and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy, fresh lychee, crisp flat peach and small notes of sour white berries combined with a touch of fresh physalis and a subtle hint of lemon and discreet varietal hints. Good length. A fine saline edge and positive bitterness on the finish/persistence.
