The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and reveals minerality, freshness, good definition, precision, good work on the bitter taste, precision and a certain purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy, crisp apple, quince and small notes of tart yellow berries combined with fine hints of dried zest, spices, a hint of floral as well as fine hints of beeswax, toasted almond, toastiness (in the background) and a fine varietal character. Some delicate richness and fatness. Good length.
