The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, good definition, fine tension, a racy texture and a racy freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/crisp blackberry, juicy/pulpy cherry and more slightly juicy/fresh blueberry combined with hints of serenity/sense of place (local biotop), discreet pepper and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco and vanilla. The tannins are precise and racy. Good length.
