The nose reveals power and concentration with notes of pulpy wild blackberry, bright blueberries and a hint of nutmeg combined with nuances of juicy/fresh cherry and discreet hints of sweet spice. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, smoothness, a certain volume, roundness, energy and a mineral backbone. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackcurrant, pulpy blackberry and more slightly juicy/fresh cherry combined with hints of violet, cardamom and fine toasted almond. Good length. The tannins are well managed.
