Château Haut-Tellas – Le Fruit 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fruity, slightly tight and reveals a fine concentration. There are notes of fleshy/overripe blackcurrant, strawberry and more slightly blackberry combined with fine touches of liquorice and a discreet hint of cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, acidity/freshness, tension, purity of fruit, fine uprightness and a fine tightness of structure. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and slightly pulpy cherry notes combined with fine mocha, racy minerality, a discreet hint of blueberry and an imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut.
