Château Le Pin Beausoleil 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fruity and reveals a fine concentration, some fleshiness as well as a fine spicy side. There are notes of fresh blackberry, bright raspberry and more lightly bright strawberry combined with fine touches of juicy blackcurrant and discreet hints of star anise and vanilla/sweet spice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize and a tangy backbone. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and more lightly bright currant notes combined with a touch of pulpy cherry, violet, vanilla as well as a discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco and a subtle touch of nutmeg. The tannins are fine and very discreetly dry. Energetic and fresh.
