Château de Brondeau 2021 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fruity and reveals a fine intensity/concentration. There are notes of blackberry cream, dense blackcurrant and more lightly liquorice combined with fine touches of morello cherry, violet, fine hints of toasted hazelnut and a subtle hint of lily and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, fine gourmandize, acidity, tension and juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, raspberry and, more slightly, blackcurrant, combined with hints of liquorice, cardamom, and fine nuances of grey pepper and toasted hazelnut.
