Château Suduiraut – Pur Sémillon 2020 – Bordeaux

The nose is fresh, fruity and reveals some concentration and power. There are notes of fresh apple, lychee and more slightly fresh acacia combined with fine sap, citrus/mesocarp, a subtle hint of fresh almond and salinity. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, juiciness/minerality, good definition, juiciness, precision, some richness, sapidity, delicacy, energy and a nice body and enveloping character. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed lychee, crushed white peach combined with hints of lemon, zest with a subtle hint of mesocarp, kumquat (in the background). Good length. Tension and some airiness on the finish/persistence.
