The nose is fruity and reveals a little intensity. There are notes of apple, apple blossom and some racy minerality combined with fine touches of sap and spice. The palate is fruity and demonstrates mineral backbone, freshness, good definition, fine tension, some roundness and a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy quenette, crushed apple and more lightly lychee combined with fine touches of juicy kumquat and a fine hint of mango and subtle spice in the background. Good length. Round and delicious.
