Château La Verrière 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, racy and offers good definition. It has notes of ripe lemon, juicy peach and, more slightly, crunchy apple, combined with fine touches of white flowers and a discreet hint of lychee (in the background). The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, freshness, good definition, harmony, acidity/juiciness, elegance, minerality, fine tension/straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, vine peach and more lightly lychee combined with hints of fresh passion fruit, discrete hints of fresh/pulpy tangerine, a fine touch of zest, a discrete hint of lemon. Good length.
