The nose is fresh, racy, marked by its terroir and reveals a fine pearlescent/chiselled edge and harmony. There are notes of lychee, pulpy green apple and, more slightly, fresh passion fruit, combined with fine touches of apple blossom and discreet hints of sweet/pulpy kumquat. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, sweetness, a certain gourmandize, an iodine/pearliness, good definition, finesse and a tangy backbone. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/sparkling apple, lychee and, more slightly, apple blossom, combined with hints of citrus fruit (lemon, kumquat) and fine hints of fresh/juicy mirabelle plum. Good length. The tannins are sapid, precise and elegant.
