The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration/richness in balance. There are notes of fleshy blackberry, pulpy raspberry and, more lightly, bright blackcurrant combined with a touch of crushed red berries, fine zan and green cardamom. The palate is fruity, balanced and reveals minerality, a mineral/juicy structure and fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fleshy/juicy cherry and more lightly fleshy/juicy blackcurrant combined with hints of lily, blueberry, liquorice and a fine note of cardamom and toasted almond. Good length. Freshness.
