This whisky has a nice amber color, transparent and bright. The nose of this Triple Malt is aromatic and delicate. There are notes of pear but also of sandalwood. There is also the presence of a well-defined woodiness and grains in the form of flour. It’s also a bit vegetal with some fresh grass and sap. We also have a touch of fresh vanilla. The tasting is on the freshness with always this side green pear, cut grass, gardenia. But it is also necessary to count on the presence of grain notes. The mid-palate is balanced, with white grapes, fresh almonds and vanilla. The whole is smooth and the finish is discreet with a touch of sugar on dried fruits such as almonds.
