The color is pale ruby, the wine is limpid and shiny. The first nose is aromatic and gourmand with fruits and especially sweet spices, vanilla and toast. With air, the smoky side is more pronounced. We smell cherry, cocoa and wood like cedar. You then want to taste this wine. The attack is suave, fresh. There are stewed small black fruits such as cherry and plum. There is also a touch of bitterness from the blackberry. We have vanilla, oak, toast, sweet spices. The tannins are present until the mid-palate. The finish is carried by wood with notably notes of cedar and umbrella pine. There is something solar about this wine. It is juicy until the end.
