Domaine Rolet – Blanc – Crémant du Jura, Brut

The nose is fresh, crisp and offers some richness. There are notes of crisp green apple, fresh/crisp vine peach and more lightly fresh lemon combined with a touch of fresh lychee, mesocarp and fine quince. The palate is fruity with a juicy and solid acidic structure, good definition and a certain gourmandize. The effervescence has finesse and creaminess. On the palate, this Crémant expresses notes of crisp green apple and pulpy, fresh peach combined with notes of lychee, lemon and a subtle hint of fresh yellow fruit (in the background), a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible touch of fresh raspberry. Good length.
