The palate is fruity, balanced, tense and it offers juiciness, freshness, a certain straightness, fat, a tangy frame, crunchiness as well as sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh blackberry, fresh / crunchy redcurrants and more slightly juicy / fresh raspberry associated with a touch of liquorice, discreet hints of cocoa, eucalyptus and a subtle hint of pepper. Tannins are finely firm.
