Domaine de la Solitude 2019 – Pessac-Léognan

The nose is fresh, full, stretched and offers fruit. There are notes of zest, peach and more slightly lime associated with kumquat, white flowers as well as a discreet hint of lime, acacia, spices and an imperceptible hint of honey (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced, finely tight and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, tension, a little fat, a fine unctuosity as well as gourmand. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, lychee and slight hint of lemon associated with touches of kumquat, zest as well as subtle varietal hints, white flowers and tilleul. Good length.
