The nose is fruity and finely chiseled. It reveals notes of fresh lemon / lemon seed, mesocarp and more slightly of fresh white fruits associated with fine touches of white flowers and a discreet hint of white grapefruit. The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, some tension as well as energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon, zest and slight mesocarp associated with touches of small white fruits, a hint of lychee, racy minerality/ saline as well as a subtle hint of white flowers and a very discreet hint of the varietal. Good length.
