The nose offers elegance, in excellence, and offers a certain level of power, a fine richness as well as an airy side in the approach. There are notes of pink grapefruit, lemon and more slightly gravelly minerality/saline as well as a hint of fresh sap, a subtle hint of iodine as well as a very discreet hint of acacia flowers and fine hints of exotic fruits. The palate is balanced, nicely racy, all in control and offers juiciness, a nice tangy frame, gourmandize, a very nice richness, fat, smoothness, roundness, a tangy frame, precision, complexity and a nice balance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy / tangy apple, quenette and more slightly sweet lime, acacia flowers associated with a touch of lemon, pulpy small white fruits, with discreet hints of pine sap, tilleul, iodine and a subtle hint of toast on the finish. A discreet pearly side on the finish / persistence. Pretty and beautiful persistence. Presence of a fine chew on the end of the mouth / persistence.
