The nose is fresh, precise and offers gourmandize as well as a certain richness/intensity in excellence. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh kumquat and more slightly of sweet lemon caviar associated with touches of crushed white peach, quénette, white flowers as well as a very discreet hint of salty fat and a subtle hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a nice radiance, a nice definition of the fruit as well as a tangy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright vine peach, quenette and more slightly juicy apple associated with touches of kumquat, sweet lemon caviar as well as a subtle hint of sweet pink grapefruit, with discreet hints of exotic fruit, toasted hazelnut and a very discreet hint of toasted almond. Presence of an imperceptible hint of caramelization / chocolate in the background. A presence of little tannic, as well as aromatic, structured. Good persistence.
