The nose is elegant, subtle and offers power in elegant / mastery, a nice fine texture / racy, depth as well as concentration. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, bright blueberry and more slightly crushed strawberry associated with delicate touches of sweet blond tobacco, lilac, vanilla as well as fine hints of camphor, racy minerality as well as a subtle breast of toasted almond, coffee, nutmeg and a subtle hint of cloves. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, elegant, delicate and offers a fine airy side in the approach, a nice balance as well as a tight side in its power and its straightforwardness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, fresh / pulpy Boysenberry and more slightly plum associated with small touches of pulpy / fresh small red fruits, with hints of cornflower, vanilla, violet, graphite as well as fine hints of mocha and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are precise, fine, mellow and well-rounded. Good length. A small bite on the end of the mouth / persistence.
