It reveals notes of bright wild cassis, bright blackberry and more slightly small black currants associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, violet as well as fine hints of blueberry, crushed strawberry, camphor, spices and a hint of mocha. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a tangy frame, tension in finesse, elegance, precision, aromatic purity as well as a nice racy and fine texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, small bright black currants and more slightly toast associated with touches of zan / stick of licorice, plum, bright raspberry, with fine hints of violet, lilac, racy minerality as well as a hint of mocha, cardamom, a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla bean and a very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut (in the background). Good length and persistence.
