On the nose is fruity and offers elegance, a certain gourmandize, an airy side in its richness as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed blueberry and slightly strawberry associated with touches of nutmeg, pulpy small fruits as well as fine hints of pink pepper, salinity and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a tangy frame, minerality, suavity as well as a “light” side. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / fresh Boysenberry, crushed plum and more slightly fresh strawberry associated with small touches of fresh cornflowers, small fresh red berries as well as hints of chocolate, fresh vanilla, cornflowers, racy minerality and a subtle hint of salinity. Tannins are precise and finely mellow. Presence of a fine hint of caramelization on the finish / persistence.
