The palate is fruity, balanced and offers a tangy frame, good definition, juiciness, fat, roundness, a little creaminess, freshness (in the background) as well as a fine salinity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / creamy raspberry, pulpy strawberry and more slightly of juicy / tangy cassis associated with touches of small fruits, cornflowers, hints of vanilla, tobacco as well as a subtle hint toasted almond and chocolate. Tannins are precise, smooth and well-rounded. Sweetness at the end of the mouth / persistence.
