The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a certain intensity, depth, a nice pulpy fruit / gourmand as well as a little multi-layered side. It reveals notes of creamy Boysenberry, wild raspberry and more slightly of fresh / fleshy blueberry associated with small touches of bright currants, lily, sweet blond tobacco, with a subtle hint of toasted almond as well as with a very discreet tip almost roasted herbs and pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, elegant, balanced and offers good definition, a nice freshness, precision, a stretched side as well as finesse in its straight and in its fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, fresh / juicy raspberry and more slightly acidulous blueberry associated with touches of fresh cassis, crushed redcurrants, hints of chocolate, toast, nutmeg as well as with a subtle hint of blond tobacco, a very discreet hint of roasted herbs and caramelization. Tannins are elegant and smooth. Good length. A little creaminess as well as a nice sapidity and a very discreet salinity on the finish / persistence.
