The nose is aromatic and offers a certain indulgence. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, chocolate and more lightly bright strawberries associated with a touch of pulpy cassis as well as fine hints of vanilla and a hint of fresh cinnamon. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, minerality, some tension, a little concentration as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, bright raspberry and more slightly juicy blueberry associated with touches of blueberry, small bright red berries, mocha as well as fine hints of graphite, almond toasted and with a subtle hint of cocoa bitterness. Tannins are fresh and smooth. Good length and good persistence.
