The nose is spicy. It reveals notes of small red fruits and more slightly cassis associated with small touches of spices, cloves as well as a hint of cardamom and fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a little fat as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cherry, crunchy small red fruits and more slightly juicy / fresh cassis associated with small touches of fresh lily, fresh rose, spices, nutmeg as well as fine hints of toast, with a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the base) and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the base). Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of toast on the persistence.
