The palate is fruity and offers a tangy structure, roundness, fat, good definition, some energy as well as a nice acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / tangy blackberry, blackcurrant and more slightly violet associated with touches of crushed raspberry, fresh / pulpy cherry, hints of cardamom, tonka bean as well as a subtle hint. almond and vanilla. Tannins are supple and offer a finely powdery texture. Good length and persistence.
