It reveals notes of lily, iris and more slightly black berries associated with touches of crushed wild strawberries, Sichuan pepper as well as a subtle hint of camphor and spices. The palate is fruity, finely tight and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, delicacy as well as a tangy / juicy structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / crunchy blackberry, juicy / crunchy blackcurrant and more slightly of small red berries associated with touches of iris, peony, lily, cocoa as well as a subtle hint of camphor and minerality / graphite. Tannins are fine and finely firm. Presence of a hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
