Clos Antre-Amis 2019 – Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity and offers concentration as well as a certain depth. The wine should be decanted beforehand. It reveals notes of concentrated wild blackberry, violet and more slightly cassis associated with touch of crushed red currants, licorice, purple plum as well as a subtle hint of rose and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, some concentration, freshness, minerality as well as some intensity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, concentrated cassis, violet associated with touches of bright wild red currants, licorice, Cuben pepper as well as delicate hints of mocha and a subtle hint of toast/coffee on the finish / persistence. Good length.
