The nose offers some power, a little concentration as well as a powerful grain. It reveals notes of blackberry, dried strawberry and more slightly camphor associated with touches of pepper, spices as well as small meaty / gravy hints and discreet hints of truffle. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, pulpy blackberry and more slightly of dried blueberry associated with touches of meat juice as well as hints of lily, chocolate and a subtle hint of camphor. Tannins are finely marked.
