The nose is spicy and offers juicy / fresh fruit as well as a fine and well-controlled power. It reveals notes of juicy wild blackberries, wild small fruits and slightly pepper associated with a touch of cinnamon, bright wild strawberries as well as hints of small blue fruits, licorice and a fine hint of spices. The palate is fruity, tight, precise, gourmand and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, minerality as well as a fine airy touch in the approach. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, pulpy / juicy Boysenberry and more slightly of wild strawberry associated with touches of spices, nutmeg, licorice, a hint of cornflower as well as very fine hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnut (in the background). Tannins are fine, precise and supple. Good length. Sapidity / a fine salinity on the end of the mouth / persistence.
