The nose is racy and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, ripe small black fruits and more slightly black pepper associated with touch of floral, spices and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness as well as a delicate suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, juicy / pulpy cassis and more slightly raspberry associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as fine hints of licorice, chocolate, vanilla and a very discreet hint of black pepper. Tannins are finely mellow. Presence of a fine salinity on the finish / persistence.
