On the nose it is fruity and offers a fine concentration, a fine racy minerality as well as a subtle tight side. The wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small fruits / berries and slightly pepper associated with fine floral hints as well as a fine hint of “sense of place” (local biotop). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers aromatic purity as well as a very nice “sexy” and juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, juicy / luscious blueberry and more slightly cornflowers associated with fine touches of blue berries, crunchy strawberry as well as hints of tonka bean, toast and a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut. Good length. A nice sapidity and freshness at the end of the mouth.
