The palate is fruity, racy and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/acidulous frame and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright redcurrant and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with touches of violet, rose as well as hints of liquorice, crushed almond, a subtle hint of saline. Tannins are precise and finely mellow.
