The nose is fruity, beautifully fresh and offers delicacy, a small contained side in its fruit as well as finesse. It reveals notes of strawberry, bright raspberry and small notes of violet plum associated with touches of lily, rose as well as hints of racy minerality and a subtle hint of cuben pepper. The mouth is mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a nice freshness, suavity, a small roundness, tension as well as a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright cherry and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with touches of rose, lilac/conflowers, liquorice as well as fine hints of racy minerality, vanilla and with a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco.
