On the nose, it is fruity, elegant, racy and offers a certain richness all in balance, a certain power and juiciness. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy /fresh raspberry and slight notes of pulpy/ripe cherries associated with touches of bay laurel, sense of a place as well as subtle hint of racy minerality, and zan. The mouth is fruity, beautifully suave, delicate, gourmandize, all in precision/juiciness and offers a well-mastered richness…a square of silk! The wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, pulpy blueberry and slight notes of violet associated with small blue plums and crushed/ripe red currant as well as fine touch of rose petals. A discreet hint of lilac, sweet blond tobacco, a subtle toasted hint and chocolate. Tannins are elegant and delicate.
