The nose is chocolated. It reveals notes of blackberry, bright raspberry and small notes of chocolate associated with touches of vanilla, essence of oak/toasted oak, a subtle hint of violet, saffron as well as an imperceptible hint of orange blossom. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, tension and concentration. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright redcurrant and small notes of chocolate combined with toasted touches, cedar, vanilla and fine hints of small acidulous berries. Tannins are well managed. Good length.
