On the nose this wine offers notes of local grove, ripe cassis and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with fine hints of olive tree / rosemary and a discreet hint of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, fine tension, fine richness and a well-built tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, raspberry, sage and small notes of fresh plum associated with touches of local grove/olive tree as well as fine hints of rose and chocolate. Tannins are well-built and firm. A hint of rosemary on the persistence.
