The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a small complexity, discreetly tight freshness and a fine richness. It reveals notes of strawberry, pulpy cherry and small notes of cassis associated with touches of anise, flowers as well as slight hints of liquorice, sweet spices and a discreet hint of olive tree. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a certain tension, a little fat, a juicy/acidulous frame, a small pulpyness and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, juicy cherry and small notes of crushed purple plum associated with touches of flowers, local grove as well as slight hints of liquorice, toasted/chocolate, a subtle hint of anise. Good length. Tannins are precise and finely mellow. A small chewiness on the finish/persistence.
