The nose is fruity and offers some freshness, a very fine floral side. There are notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, cherry and more slightly crushed raspberry associated with touches of fresh lily, nutmeg and a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, juicy, tangy and offers good definition, deliciousness, tension and precision. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy, pulpy blackcurrant and more lightly blueberry notes combined with hints of peony as well as fine hints of sweet spice, small crunchy berries and a subtle hint of ripe pepper and pepper. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely mellow.
