The palate is fruity and offers minerality, precision, juiciness, a small tension, freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of griotte, small bright black berries, small notes of wild cassis associated with a touch of black plum, camphor, zan, graphit as well as discreet hints of mocha, black pepper. Tannins are supple. A hint of bitterness of the cocoa on the finish/persistence.
