The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration, a good definition. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of toasted hazelnut, crushed raspberry, tonka bean, toasted almond and discreet hints of grey pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, an acidulous frame, a small tension, precision and a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of redcurrant associated with touches of violet, small blue fruits as well as hints of toasted, liquorice, toasted almond/roasted as well as fine hints of cardamom. Tannins are precise and well-built.
